Grouping ideas 

 

 

 

 

Affinity Diagram leads a team to creatively generate a large number of ideas/issues and then organize and summarize natural groupings among them to understand the essence of a problem and breakthrough solutions. 

 

1. Brainstorm at least 20-30 ideas prior to create Affinity diagram. 

 

2. Group ideas into 5-10 related topics 

 

3. Create headings for each group
