Brainstorming establishes a common method for a team to creatively and efficiently generate a high volume of ideas on any topic by creating a process without criticism and judgment. 

 

It might be made in structured or unstructured way. 

 

There are plenty of theory and different ways to manage a brainstorming session, according to your needs.
